I chose Concept Medical after spending nearly 2 full years researching Botox in Ottawa. I chose Concept because Dr. Hetz and his entire team are warm, welcoming, and never made me feel pressured -- even while I took a year to decide.

They're incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, and not only did I feel well informed about all my options, I felt empowered to make whatever choice felt best to me. Side note: their offices are beautiful, comfortable, and immaculately clean (I can't say that for some of the other places I checked out).

First, you'll meet with Dr. Hetz for a Botox consultation. The consultation is $70+HST, and that amount is applied to any treatment of $375 if done within a month of your consultation. At Concept Medical, Botox is $12.50 per unit and they only ever use authentic Botox (no generics or lookalikes). At your consultation Dr. Hetz will provide an exact price so you can make an informed decision.

At my consultation, Dr. Hetz thoroughly answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. I wish I had this much time with my family doctor!

How much does Botox treatment cost at Concept Medical?

Concept Medical charges $12.50 per unit for Botox, and they ONLY use authentic brand-name Botox (no generics or similar products).
