A highly competitive basketball player throughout high school and into college, Craig was eventually forced to give up the sport he loved because of intestinal illness, fatigue, and emotional distress. Discovering and addressing the underlying causes of his physical and emotional issues ultimately led Craig to a career in the health and fitness industry. Ten years later, healthier and more enthusiastic than ever, he helps people take charge of themselves and create the physical fitness they need to live the life they want and deserve.
So Craig built a studio where anyone can feel comfortable. He and his team of experienced trainers will work with you to create a plan to tackle your challenges and set some goals, whether that's losing weight, building muscle, or just fitting into your favourite jeans after the holidays (we all know how that is).

60-minute small group classes for $20 each (capped at 5 people so you get personalized attention)
30-minute personal training sessions starting at $40 each (one-on-one)
